Customer Service Desk

Welcome to the Office of Information & Instructional Technology (OIIT) Customer Service web site, the Albany State University (ASU) single point of contact for OIIT product and service support.

OIIT's Customer Service Department provides services and a single point of contact to resolve requests regarding the following:

  • Banner Web
  • Banner INB
  • Window Live (Student Email)
  • BlackBoard Vista
  • MyASU Card
  • MyCampus
  • Rammail/Faculty Email

Submitting Self Service Support Requests

OIIT customers can submit a self-service support request to OIIT 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Requests are processed in the order received during OIIT business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday with the exception of announced Board of Regents holidays or inclement weather days).

Self-Service - Track-IT

(This feature provides the ability to submit a new or view an existing support request(s), and perform other support functions. This service requires your windows user ID and password or click on login with windows credentails.Submit a Ticket Here.  You can call 229-430-4909 for assistance.

Self-Service - Email

(This feature provides the ability to submit a new support request via email. You can enter your support request by emailing Helpdesk@asurams.edu. You can call 229-430-4909 for assistance.

Live Chat Service -MyCampus

(This feature provides the ability to receive live chat support via MyCampus.) Any faculty, staff or student can receive live chat service during OIIT business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday) with the exception of announced holidays or inclement weather days). Emergency, Production Down Situations

  • If you are contacting OIIT about an emergency, production down, or business interruption situation, call the OIIT Customer Service Desk immediately at 229-430-4909
  • If calling during business hours and Helpdesk personnel are unavailable due to training or an existing production down issue, or if calling during non-business hours, follow instructions to leave an emergency message to notify OIIT support staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

Self-Service Password Reset
