Welcome to Fiscal Affairs

Thank you for visiting the Division for Fiscal Affairs' web page. Whether you are seeking specific information or simply want to know more about the department, we are positive you will find this site accommodating.

The Division for Fiscal Affairs is comprised of various departments including Assistant Controller/Assistant to the VP, Budgets and Contracts, Business Services, Facilities Management, Financial Aid, Financial Operations/Controller and Human Resources Management. We exert much effort toward ideal stewardship of financial resources, support of academic excellence and the student body; additionally, we provide procedures that allow the University to conduct business in an efficient manner. One of our goals is to provide professional and courteous service to all who come in contact with our offices.

We welcome you to share your experiences with the Office of Fiscal Affairs and give your thoughts as to how we can better serve you. Remember, a stronger Albany State University requires the involvement of staff, student body, alumni and community. Together we can keep the vision of academic excellence alive.

Additionally, we hope you will keep abreast of our policies and procedures and with our area's latest news, per our manual and published newspapers below.

Additionally, we will list the Board of Regents' Fiscal Affairs Newsletters, as they become available to us. Updates of all will occasionally be on this site.
